This company is horrible!! I'm so disappointed. I had no issues with Nomorerack in the past. but since Choxi took over it's been terrible. i still have not received my order, it's been over three weeks, I tried calling their customer service on a weekday eastern standard time and a recording that states they're closed. I am so pissed. i'm calling my credit card company and putting in a request for a refund immediately. I am also uninstalling app....pitiful!!

This company seems to no longer be in business. There phones state that the offices are closed and any attempt to email them just results in a generic"we received your request" but it is never follow-up on. The recording at the customer service number ###-###-#### clearly sates that any email will be answered within 24 hours, sometimes even as short as an hour. I have got to say that choxi has gone downhill tremendously from NoMoreRack. I have had problems with my last four orders about receiving items extremely late or not at all. Their referral program is a farce it doesn't work at all. I have referred 10 people through their link and have never received a credit and neither have the people I've referred. WARNING I use to order from nomorerack all the time with no problems. Since they changed to Choxi, it has gone down hill. Poor customer service, poor products and if you do get your order, it might take a year to get it. They are so unorganized now that I will never order from them again. As of right now, they never sent me my products and when I called them, she cancelled the order. The refund is 80 dollars and three months later, I still don't have it?.. I keep ordering, waiting over a month, cancel, get a credit, order something else, wait over a month to two months, cancel, get a credit, order again, on and on. The items either get lost from China or don't exist. They can't track them either. I got a fake *** tracking number the last time. I'm done witth them. ** **** *** was good, Choxi is horrible.

Placed an online order with choxi.com on 8/*/16. As of 9/*/16, product has not shipped. The company does not answer its phone system at all. The company's Chat button has disappeared. The company does not respond to its emails and "Quick Form" to Customer Service. There is no Customer Service support whatsoever. There is, however, a charge to my credit card which I disputed with the credit card company. Thank the Lord someone responded!! Please do NOT do business with this company!!!

Horrible! I will NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this company again! I took a chance on ordering from them in the past and mostly had positive experiences, however this last time I ordered will be the last time EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $50 worth of products to qualify for one of the promotional codes they had at the time (spend $50, save $25).
