I placed an order for 3 items with Choxi on August ****. I never really received the tracking info they were supposed to provide and finally after calling in on Sept **** receiver two of the three items. They lured me in this time with a $25 off $45 coupon. The customer help link was basically useless and I never did get the Faith Hill Perfume I ordered back in august. I just want to say I had nothing but positive experiences with nomorerack AND Choxi. I always received my products in a timely manor, in perfect condition and were always quality products.
choxi has been a good place to order from. My items came fast and everything was what it was suppose to be. My sheets were wonderful and I want to order more of them. Bathing suit and other items were great. This is a good place to order things cheaper and what I ordered was cheaper and better. My sheets at Choxi's were $19.99 and J.C Pennys had them for $79.00.
I ordered two items about four months ago but only received one, I finally asked for a refund with no response. They stated that my issue had been resolved on the last email, and now I can't even get on line to pull up their site or contact them in any manner. That is just so dishonest.
Ordered 8 smart watches and 1 fitbit 5 weeks ago. Haven't received any of it. Emails to customer service have been coming back undeliverable. Phone number I found always rings busy.
There needs to be a class action started against this company. Stole money from countless people.
I have been trying to find out when an order I placed in July will be delivered. I keep getting pretty much the same old generic response and don't believe my last inquiry was ever answered. It's so disappointing since I have been a long time customer from back when they were called No More Rack.
Not sure what is going on with choxi.com. Website is not available and no one is answering phone. I have order outstanding that have not been shipped. Have ordered previously and had good experiences.
I have never had a more frustrating and disrespectful experience with any other company in my entire life. This company has no concern for the experience you have with them. I would never refer them to anyone.
