Choxi is dead. App will show no products. ******** page is gone. They just up and closed with no notice while taking orders tll the last minute. If you have not received your order file a charge-back with your bank and/or credit card explaining what happened. If you try to look up the domain owner you will not see anything except they purchased domain privacy so no way to contact them unless I am sure a class action lawsuit is filed.
Have ordered around 8 items and not received any of them. They wont respind to any calls.or emails.
Choxi was never the perfect company to buy from, but there were fine. That is until this summer, I ordered several items and only a few arrived when I requested a refund they emailed saying that they were under new management and to give them time. A short while later they stopped answering the phone and now their website is no available. I am out about $60.00 and I do not expect to get it back. Now I hear they are filing for bankruptcy.
Order was approved 10/**/16. Three items ordered for a total of $78.00. Full amount charged to my card. In just a few days the least expensive item showed up. No tracking information was ever sent. Tried contacting customer service about the other items but they are "closed". Tried sending an email. No response. I wish I had read the reviews on choxi sooner. Did not fulfill 4 out of 5 previous orders. Too bad I ordered near the same time period or I would not have placed second order upon not receiving first. Keep getting credit after credit with nothing actually shipped to me.
Ordered 6 tops in July. Received 3 and still don't have the other 3 (now Oct **). They finally let me know they are not sending them and I have a credit. I responded that I want a refund but no response in 5 days. UGH!
I order 2 pair skinny jeans and 2 pair leggings over a month and half ago still not recived but they already charge my card said i should recive my order in two weeks still have not recived my order in over 58 days this company should be put out of buissness by our goverment . this company stinks.
Ordered over $80 worth of things on August *** & ***, 2016. Started emailing them about not receiving items, got ** excuse that their stuff was sent from 3rd party vendors. Bed linens, ladies watches, and outdoor sensor lights obviously would not all come from the same vendor. I while back a bought a necklace from Choxi. I like the necklace and have received a few compliments when I where it. However they are very very deceptive when it comes to the retail price. You think you are getting a great deal, but like the saying goes "If it is too good to be true, it probably is. The necklace was advertised having a retail value of about $800.
