I have used Choxi - previously No More Rack several times over the past 2 years, but my most recent two separate orders in July......have not even shipped! It's now THREE months! They told me they would cancel if I wanted, but I ordered these items BECAUSE I wanted them! However I am now filing complaints wherever I can and advising all of my friends to NOT use this site. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am now demanding my money back from them. We'll see how that goes. Probably another three month wait!
I have ordered 3 products from Choxi. Got one of them. They assured me a refund on the other 2 products after I patiently waited more than 6 weeks for my item. Now I have been waiting almost 2 months for my refund that they told me would take 7-10 business days.
I placed an order several months ago from the Choxi website, it was my first order since it changed over from 'nomorerack'. Sadly, I did not think to check this site prior to doing business with them as I expected the same level of service as I had received under the previous owner. This was not the case. I have bought from ' no more rack' - now known as 'Choxi' for years. I have not received my last 3 orders ( one from June, two in July, one in August ).... I have written to them 5 times- and asked them what is going on?... So far, haven't received a satisfactory response!.... They respond just with- they'll refund my money, no explanation as to why the orders havent been shipped I'm going to get my money back. It sounds like they aren't paying their vendors
I've been waiting over two months for an order now. You know what I got in response to my numerous inquiries? Once they finally started responding, I received conflicting information, robots customer service that ignore any request for compensation or to speak with management, and after even more emails from me, a $5 credit (how generous) I should also point out that I'm a VIP member. This company has the worst time frame on line right now. I placed my order August **** of this year. Today is September **** and my items still show as processing. I sent a complaint and was told that most of my orders should ship "this week". That was last week and still not shipped. The customer service is horrible and they just keep leading you on with their "Any day now" responses. This is the last time I will ever use this company!
This is really a horrible business. I have finally learned my lesson. I didn't really have any real issues when they were 'nomorerack.com'. If you get your merchandise within 30 days of your order, consider yourself lucky. If you don't, then you will never see it and you will never receive a reply from any method of communication you attempt. Forget about calling. IT IS A SHAME THAT YOU TOOK A VERY GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING SITE PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS NO MORE RACKS AND TURNED IT INTO A MESS. THE "DEALS" YOU ADVERTISE ARE NO WHERE AS APPEALING AS BEFORE THE CHANGE. EVEN THE PICTORIAL ADVERTISING, THE LAYOUT, LOOKS A MESS. SEEMS LIKE YOU DESTROYED A PERFECTLY GOOD SITE. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
Like so many others I see here I too have had the worst experience ever with this company. I placed an order on June **, 2016 for two items. After four weeks I contacted customer service to find out where my order was.
