Josh, from Choice Comfort Services, came to my house for the scheduled A/C check today, 15 July 2021. Josh was very professional, respectful, and overall very nice person. He found an issue that wasn't necessarily a required immediate fix, but for the sake of maintenance to my relative new A/C unit, a recommended fix. The service call was on time. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and thorough. We have had a service contract with the company for A/C and heating checks and we are pleased with the service.

Very responsive to our problem while competitors told us 3 or 4 days to get to us. Technicians did a great job and answered all questions we had. Service and work so good we signed up for their maintenance plan.
