Joe did a great and thorough job on my annual A/C maintenance. Arrived on time within the specified appointment schedule; called ahead when nearly there. Followed CoVid appropriate procedures. Highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Very courteous and polite employees. Had the toilet reset, and the job was done in a very timely manner. Showed up when they said, and after they were done, couldn't even tell they had been here. Would definitely recommend Choice Comfort.

Needed service on Air and Furnace prior to selling a rental property. I was given a date that the inspection could performed which was very reasonable. I received a call the morning of the service with the condition of the HVAC and given a price to perform the needed service. The AC motor was locked up. I authorized the service estimate. Follow up visit from Choice Comfort for the second and final plumbing work in my bathroom renovation. Jimmy and David, who were also my first visit plumbing technicians, showed up on time and fully prepared, and even though that work was several weeks ago, went to work like it was yesterday. 1st time I have used your plumbing service...was excellent! Plumber called & showed on time. Was very efficient...got my jobs done very quickly...& looked for less expensive way to do the work when possible. As he was leaving.....I had a dramatic bathroom leak in a different part of the house...not related to the work he had just finished. I was very lucky to have him there at that time. Choice Comfort was recommended to me by my neighbor. I am very glad I contacted them. They came the next day, did a complete check of my unit and shared with me the results. No pressure. Very personable. Showed concern for interior of my home. I felt very comfortable that they listened to me and offered multiple options that I could consider. Would highly recommend their service.
