Turns out furnace isn't a good one but Choice bought out the other company so it's not their fault. Choice Comfort crew does good work and I'm sure they do all they can for the bad furnaces they inherited. I've mostly had routine maintenance done. Only a few real problems (no heat) and they've pretty much responded quickly and resolved the issue.

We had a great experience with the installation of our new heating and air conditioning system. The technicians were clean and efficient! I liked how considerate they were and treated us with respect. Everything we were promised was fulfilled. They answered all our questions and were patient in answering all our questions and instructions on how to operate the new system. I was impressed with their cleanliness as I am a bit of a germ a fobe. I recommend them to handle the job you may need with expertise and timelessness!
Paul was our technician's name and he arrived on time, explained his work and his demeanor was professional. We will request him when we need service on our HVAC in the future.
