Choice Comfort provided excellent service from selecting a new furnace to its installation. The installer was most respectful of our home and took every precaution to save us any unnecessary clean-up after finishing. Choice Comfort has won us over as a customer.
Choice Comfort Services have taken care of me for several years in many areas. Today was a furnace check for winter. They are always prompt and reliable and all Technicians have been wonderful, Including office personnel. Had an entire HVAC system replaced two years ago. They are my go to company for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.

This is yet another time I have had Choice Comfort do work for me. They always call ahead, show up on time, explain what needs to be done and why. It makes no difference whether it's plumbing, or HVAC, they are congenial and competent. The guys were working on my mini-split today, found where it was leaking, and made the repair in a timely manner, on what was a very tight spot to work in. I appreciate their courtesy, and professionalism. Choice Comfort has more than earned my loyalty, I won't call anyone else.
The service representatives were on time and started replacing my system replacement promptly. They were knowledgeable and kept me updated as the system replacement progressed. They completed the job within the time specified and then instructed me on the operation of the new thermostat. I highly recommend them.
Excellent tech ! Knowledgable, respectful, & very well mannered to deal with customers. Did a good job & was honest. Can’t say enough good about him. The kind of person all businesses wish they had ! Next time I will request him to return to do our hvac work . Thanks !
