I have had over the years many many people come into my home in which I have left for 40 years for different services of different types. The gentleman who was here last week working on my furnace had been here once before and both times I can say with complete honesty and pleasure that he is an asset not only to their company But to any company that he would work for. He was kind courteous knowledgeable and truly made me feel like he valued being of assistance helping me.
Install went very smoothly. Took the time to clean up. Asked if I had any questions and took the time to answer them. Work was complete in a day. Very friendly and professional installers. Would highly recommend for HVAC services.
They charged me 98 dollars just to drive out to my house that’s not looking into anything just to drive out to the house a service call she said and another 78 dollars for the diagnosis if they would have told me it’s 98 dollars just to show up not do any work at all I would have said no and went with some other company the company that put in our furnace left their number I will not use them again.And I know you have to pay for service but what service did they do for 98 dollars if taking apart the air conditioning unit was... read more
Choice Comfort staff have consistenly provided excellent service for our HVAC. Excellent communication from the front office and excellent workmanship from the repairman/ HVAC technicians. Paul did a great job today.
Evan was prompt, courteous and displayed excellent workmanship. It was obvious that he was well trained.
Choice Comfort always does an awesome job for us from preventitive maintainence to repairs. Explains what they are doing and prices.
They installed a new furnace for us a couple weeks ago. They continue with their expertise and great quality work. Very much appreciated and will always recommend!
