The front desk and police prevented me from delivering food to a 6 year old child going through chemo and his mother. She was unable to come downstairs and they were not at all sympathetic. They would not allow me to leave the food, get a wristband to visit the floor, or even call the patient's mother. Heartless employees.
Great staff,awesome doctors, all around great hospital.
Thank the doctors n staff on the 7th floor. Dr. Conklin seems very passionate about the kids n his work. He took the time out to answer every question we had n made us feel very confident about our daughter's operation...lord knows i was a nervous wreck. Again thank u Children's Hospital as a whole doctors and staff.
The staff was amazing. They explained everything that is going to happen during my Grandsons procedure.They were friendly and caring.
We had a wonderful experience! The Dr, the nurses, everyone from the time we walked out of our vehicle on the parking deck was wonderful!!!! Everyone went completely above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We love Children's of Alabama❤️
Reception staff has a lot of work to do. Doctors, Nurses and other licensed professionals are on point.
