The staff made she that me and my husband knew how our son was at all times and made she we all were OK after his surgery keep up the excellent work.

We recently spent a night in the Emergency Room at Children’s and I was highly satisfied with the attention and care the staff showed my little girl. They constantly checked on her and made sure everything was getting better. Highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention for their little ones
I just left the ER with my 2 yr old & while I've always had a decent experience with Children's of Alabama, this time was appalling. The older nurse at the registration desk was completely rude and disregarded my concerns for my son completely. I was instructed to come to the ER by my pediatricians office because my child had not had a wet pull up or potty'd in 10hours. We were admitted through the ER last night! We have been using Children's for a little over 9 years. From the ER, outpatient therapies, to the impatient stays & clinics. We love Children's! They have always taken good care of my son!
