We've had a great experience at this office. We love Dr. Lytle and his staff. Thanks for always taking such good care of our babies.
I will never bring my child to any of your clinics again. My sister brings her three children and she will no longer either. Learn how to talk to people and show some respect. You do not call a customer and get smart with them on the phone. You are the rudest doctor’s office I have ever communicated with. Hire new people who have an Inkling of what customer service is. We had an amazing experience tonight at Children's. Came in, sat 5 mins, did triage and were right in a room. In the room 2 mins and xray came and got us. Not 5 mins later doc was in with the results. We needed another set of xrays and during the wait we had 2 nurses check in on us. The last time I was here they took precious care of my baby. Now, at 4 years old they were so attentive and kind. She got a huge surprise package when we got here and has enjoyed every minute of playing with her goodies. Thank you children's for ... read more
They are just above worthless! Took my son there because he is sick and having trouble breathing they didnt see anything wrong. Had to take him to St Vincents ER to get treated properly. Would not recommend them for ANYTHING!
The nicu is amazing. I knew my son had no chance of living and because of them I was given 5 more weeks with him. Thank y'all so much!
