My daughter had the best care during our 3 day stay!
Children's provides great healthcare... but our experience with the Billing department has been awful... after leaving reviews of the issue online we finally got a hold of the correct people. Long story short... they made everything right! Nobody is perfect... but I give props to company's who do the right thing for their customers.
Everyone here has treated my son with such kindness and put all of his fears at ease. Thank you so, so much!
My Daughter had a tonsillectomy. ENT physician Dr.Wiatrak and the entire staff provided excellent care! Much better than what we could find in Montgomery. They made us feel valued as patients. We appreciate everything. Thank you for all that you do for all the children.
Took my son two days ago to rule out appendicitis. They ran a rapid strep test, urinalysis, and culture. I'm assuming the latter of the two were negative as well because I've still yet to receive a call. But we had to make a trip to the pediatrician yesterday because he indeed has strep and developed scarlet fever from it. Not sure how they let something like that slip through the cracks. But I must say the staff was very pleasant
All of the staff were great with my daughter who was there for a ruptured appendix. The only improvement I would suggest would be with the meals and kitchen staff. You order what you know your child will eat from the many options they give you, but out of the 3 days where we ordered food, only one meal was correct. Again very minor compared to the work they do!
We are so thankful for the staff and doctors we had while our son stayed after his tonsillectomy. They treated us great an we are appreciative!!!! Dr Kulbersh an nurses Grace and Meredith were spectacular !!!
