My son Ryan was admitted downtown this past Sunday. The nursing and care tech staff was amazing. We started with Noah in the ER who set the bar high. The love of his job could definately be seen. Then our Nurses on 5 Henson... Emily, Dawn, Robin... and their care techs... I appreciate all of you and thank you for advocating and caring for my boy. I appreciate each of you and commend you for succeeding at being the best!
My granddaughter has monthly IV treatments. She had a treatment in Valentine’s Day and everyone there was so kind to her. They had an artist make roses with her name on it. They gave her a craft kit to make valentines and other goodies. So very kind and made her feel so much better. Thank you for all you do.

After receiving the most terrifying phone call that our sons had been in a terrible car accident, my husband and I rushed to childrens Mercy where they took THE BEST care of our boys. every single need was addressed, from their health, to mental state to my husband and i's needs. constant care for our children. Not once did we feel our children were not being taken care of. Trauma , Physical therapist, neuro..everyone..thank you, you will never know what a huge impact you had on us all.
