RecommendedMy daughter had to go to Children’s Mercy as a result of an emergency/trauma. Children’s Mercy’s staff from the ambulance all throughout inpatient and outpatient are very courteous, kind, respectful and caring. They took care of my baby girl throughout and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The nurses at 6-Hall created a bond with my baby girl and that touched our hearts. Love the way staff is so patient with kids but I would love to see bathroom chairs so I don’t have to sit my child on the floor when going to the bathroom
@ChildrensMercy, thank you so much for caring for my little man (5 year old, Ian) over the past 13 days. After being misdiagnosed by another major KC hospital, CM quickly diagnosed his ruptured appendix and performed an emergency appendectomy. The resulting painful infection was treated by the staff with exceptional competence and compassion. My wife and I are eternally grateful to the hospital and staff for the tremendous care that was provided.

Children's Mercy is amazing! We've only been to the ER several times, and the orthopedic clinic but they were absolutely AMAZING!
The staff, nurses and doctors in the Gender Pathways Clinic are so incredibly amazing. They are caring, affirming and make my child feel safe and validated. Their care is top notch. So grateful that my child is able to receive care from Children’s Mercy.
I went thru one of the hardest challenge last year first time in the NICU and I wanna say the staff made our experience a lot easier especially the nurses and nurse Lachelle.
