First class all the way. They treat your child as if it was their child.
Beware of them telling you that they are in network when they damn well know they are not and you get stuck with a bill
Both my children have been seen at Children’s Mercy Clinics, Hearing and Speech Clinic, Gastro Clinic, and my son Dental Clinic due to being put to sleep.
So thankful for the wonderful staff at NICU and PICU who provided world class care for our great granddaughter McKenna! Thanks to their caring she got to go home today.
We have found great doctors at CMH in neurology & ophthalmology, & have gone there for years now. Unfortunately they have changed their billing & are billing as outpatient instead of office visits now (even though we are there for office visits). So now our insurance pays nothing. It is unfortunate they are not educating patient families of this change until after we receive our surprise bills & call in. Seems like a shady way of doing things. We will no longer be using CMH.

Children’s mercy has helped me and my family so much as we go through this journey with my son💙 they are the best doctors and nurses I’ve ever had!
