Billing department is a joke. Didn't get a bill until 9 months after an urgent care visit and have 2 claims for that one visit. 6 calls to "Customer Support", no resolve. Go elsewhere.
4 hour ER wait for 5 minute consultation from a nurse practitioner and a referral to a different facility. I will never go back. My autistic child had several meltdowns and it was a VERY horrible experience. We left the facility unhappy and went to a different location.
Absolutely loved it here. The staff were so amazing here they treated my son well. Definitely recommend this hospital.

This place is amazing. the staff are so caring and supportive.
I used respect your establishment and what you do for children but I can not let this last experience slide. my son had a 104.1 temp. we rushed him to the ER at 10:30 at night. it took them over 7 hours for a doctor to see him. we had to argue and plead for medicine to keep his temperature down. I worked in health care for years and if we ever took that long for a child to be seen with that high of a temp we would have been dealt with by administration. Please fix this issue. You guys can do better than this.
