Anyone have experience with their RAPS program? Amplified Pain Syndrome.....
My son went in for a routine surgery on April 28, 2016. 4 days later we were back due to surgery complications. The complications had a 1-3% chance of happening, so it was definitely nothing the doctor did wrong. As soon as we arrived, the surgeon on duty wasted no time in getting him into surgery, which I greatly appreciated. As far as I'm concerned, they saved my sons life. Exceeded all of our expectations! Our daughter was born in the fetal health center and then she spent 5 days in the NICU. Although we didn't choose to be there, we couldn't have been in a better, more caring facility. CMH and their team members are truly one of a kind!
My son just had his tonsils removed with Dr latz she was amazing he had to stay over night and the nurses were outstanding I couldn't of asked for a better team to look over my baby. The things they do I couldn't imagine doing. I love this place.
Children's mercy is the best place ever. We have recieved excellent care every time we have been there.
They have provided excellent care for all of my kids, especially my youngest who is seen frequently. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.
What an incredible hospital! Our experience was beyond something I would have expected. My son broke his elbow in in two places when he fell of the playground. We were referred to the orthopedic specialists at Children's Mercy for his surgery. I cannot thank the staff enough for their assistance. The nurses, the doctors were all so attentive. They treated him like he was family, made him feel loved, safe and calm during a time that could have been scary and upsetting for a 6 year old. We stayed overnight and while he was in ... read more
