4 year old had an asthma attack, got back here so fast and the treatment and meds in her so fast, feel like I'm in great hands
Very ashamed with the service obtained today in regards to my nephew, his mother, my sister being called and told this little boy has a mass, then we drive 2.5 hours for it to be passed off as nothing... really?? Because this little boy is unable to talk and tell you what's wrong, he's brushed off and his mother is told his actions of expression are behaviors.... Very disappointed.. I still go to this hospital and I'm almost 19 and my doctors are amazing.
2 Henson nurses are the best! And couldnt get better then Dr. Hedrickson!
Our child has waited over 4 months to be tested for Autism. Children's Mercy has send letters saying don't call or bother us because we know you are on a waiting list. I am sure Children's Mercy is very busy but to not help a child that is struggling with his world for over 4 month is a very sad affair. We do not want to bother Children's Mercy's staff but please we need help.
