First day and I love it already. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
They sent my 2 half grandson with a broken leg, with a ace bandaid. No ortho Doctor saw him for 2 hours. How do you keep a child still for 2 days. You explain that to the parents!!! Why do they send children there with no results, !!!!!
We had never been to Chrildren's Mercy, and honestly, was hoping we would never have to! We ended having to go in through the ER with our 7 month old baby girl! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better group of people!!! Everyone was on the same page at all times!!! They made our stay as easy and comfortable as possible!!! Beyond impressed!!! I wish I could remember every single nurse's and doctor's name to thank them on here!!! Thank You Children's Mercy for everything you did!!! We are forever grateful�
They did really great with my son this time. The Dr was amazing and very helpful! Yes now resting and hopefully he will be feeling better very sol !
Big, huge thank you to all our nurses, doctors, care assistants and child life helpers for taking such excellent care of our kiddo while he was sick and not feeling good! I don't think we could have had better help or gotten better as quick as he did if we had been anywhere else!
They always do a great job drawing out blood for our autistic son who has a fear of needles.
Children's mercy took amazing care of our little hero Kaiden. Since his passing in 2012 they have still managed to go up & beyond for my family & myself in keeping his memory alive & helping us with this difficult time. Amazing staff.
