I have nothing but positive things to say about this hospital and the awesome care they provide, not only for the precious patients, but also their families. We need a hospital like this in the Joplin area. Children Mercy has a Fabulous team of Dr's & Nurse's. My daughter hsd two surgery's here and they hit beyond on what i would ever even imagine any josptial would ever hit. Dr Lisa Bergland is amazing at what she does. My daughter and i would never ask for a better doctor better than her. They not only worry about the patient but they also worry about the family too. So thank you #CHILDREN #MERCY
I wanna say thank you to the 3 ladies and Patrick who drove myself and my 10m old to the hospital on Wednesday evening. I can't thank you enough for the exceptional treatment you did for myself and my son. The nurses and doctors are amazing and caring n compassionate as well. We brought my son into Children's this past Friday night, and he was in DKA. It was his first time having to stay overnight in a hospital, having just learned that he has diabetes that afternoon. From the staff checking us in to the ER staff/nurses/docs to the staff/nurses/docs on 6 Henson, we had a top notch experience. The best children's hospital. They treated my husband and I very well not only took care of us but most important to wonderful care of our daughter who had to have open heart surgery at 3 days old.
My son Ryker recently passed at childrens mercy from a hypoplastic left heart syndrome.. i delevered there and he spent his 80 days of life there.. i just have to say the staff and teams are amazing.. following from half of my pregnancy till the day we lost him the fetal health and the PICU staff have been amazing support and more like a family every step of the way even after losing Ryker.. i have noticed cancer is mostly mentioned and it seems to be the main concern if there was more funding and more research towards other... read more
