The most amazing doctors, nurses, aides, volunteers, etc... Thanks to all of them our daughter is doing fantastic!
Our first visit to the ENT office was awful. The greeter told us to sit anywhere so they skipped over us when we were called and didn't answer. We had to reschedule. We came back and saw a physician assistant who was awful with my daughter. She was very rough with her and she scratched her ear drum. I've never seen my daughter so uncomfortable with someone who is looking at her ears. Now we need tubes and I would beg to go anywhere but here!
The staff, nurses and doctors are absolutely incredible. started at the ER and was admitted. The experience has blown us away and our little one is improving every day.
Wish I could give it a zero. You're seriously going to tell me "not to waste my time driving to Pittsburgh" when my son was knocked unconscious last week and has numerous symptoms on the "go to the ER immediately if you see any of these" list YOU gave me with my discharge papers?!
