The check in process was so simple! Just wish certain departments were labeled more clearly.
All their staff was excellent in taking care of my daughter before, during and after her surgery. They also took care of her father and I.
Brought my 4 week old son in for a fever through the Emergency Department where we were admitted to the Observation unit. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all so friendly and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. This hospital should be the standard to all hospitals.. it is so clean, organized, and nicely modeled. If only all UPMC hospitals were like this! Can't say enough good things about Children's, we are thankful to live in a city who has such a facility!
We had to bring my daughter here everyone is so nice and helpful. Best hospital I have ever been to.
