Awesome experience. My daughter broke her elbow and had great care. As we were waiting for an xray, I witnessed an interaction with an employee and a young boy that could have been a commercial...she was amazing, I wish I knew her name. Also, as we were leaving the registrar noticed my daughter got rid of her cast and congratulated her, then she wished us all a blessed day. Children's Hospital is a class act!-So thankful I have access to it with my Highmark insurance!
Every single nurse on 9a took amazing care of my daughter when she was sick. She is a type 1 diabetic and they went out of their way to help.
I can not say enough good things about this hospital!!! They have taken such good care of not only my son who has a heart condition, but of us as a whole family!!!! They are all very knowledgeable and soooo loving and caring!!! The CICU and cardiac recovery unit are amazing! The Cath lab staff were so wonderful and made my sons time away from us a breeze! The staff couldn't of been better through our first MRI. Just an amazing staff from start to finish.
I was in a bad car accident and whenever the life flight landed, they worked fast to get me stable. I stayed for 2 weeks and all of my nurses, doctors, surgeons, and patient care technicians were amazing. They were super nice and made sure I was always comfortable. They made sure I was mentally okay from the wreck and made me feel comfortable talking about it as well. There is not one complaint I have about the place and am so very thankful for everything that they have done for me. ��
Staff and doctors and nurses are excellent very understanding and helpful me and my family are very happy with this hospital
