I initially took my 4 year old son to med express because he had something stuck in his ear..they could not keep my son calm and suggested I take him to Children's..telling me he would have to be sedated...so we go to Children's. They where wonderful.. Are nurses where amazing, kept my son calm and they where able to get it out of his ear with no problem..no sedation..Thanks for all you do for our children. What a wonderful hospital. The best�
My daughter is very ill has been in pain for 4 weeks we were seen immediately in the er staff is amazing after a short time my daughter immediately admitted a team is in place her room is so beautiful the nurses on every rotation make you feel right at home we have met so many doctors who are commited ti finding out why my daughter is so sick we are very bleesed to have such wonderful people taking care of her. GOD BLESS
We took our new born there when he was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. Everyone there Was so nice. They informed us of basically every little detail about the surgery. Got constant updates. After the surgery they let us immediately go in and see him. Since then our little one is very healthy and is eating great, and putting weight on. Very professional. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you UPMC!
Children's is a great place. All the doctors care about the kids. Im there alot and they make you feel like your at home. I wouldnt choose any other hospital to go too. Keep up the great work! �.
My son had ENT surgery yesterday, most of the time it's same day discharge but he's on the spectrum and they thought best to admit him for over night I absolutely agree with that. Dr Chi is amazing and so understanding. Recovery nursing staff was also great. My only complaints are lack of communication between shifts (maybe do a walk through?) and my son moved three rooms: first one shared they moved him to an empty room and then finally a private one on 8b (Very hard for someone with autism to go through so much change) yet... read more
