Absolutely couldn't be happier with how they treated me.
The actual practitioners, i.e. Doctors, phlebotomists are always lovely once you get to them. The waiting, poorly organized reception, inefficient patient flow and lack of basic manners displayed by the ancillary staff consistently make this place not worth the trip. Considering out of state, out of network choices. When facing issues that can potentially threaten the life of your child, this type of treatment not reassuring.
the staff was fine... except the kitchen staff was rude and they don't have a menu friendly for those with lactose/soy allergy so be aware of your child is allergic to one or both they will give you a hard time because they don't have a menu to support those with allergies and the kitchen staff can be very hard to deal with when trying to deal with ordering your child's meal
This place is amazing. The staff are extremely professional in addition to being overly concerned with any issue or question we've had. Our interactions with the nursing staff have exceeded expectations. From the second we walked in the door with our newborn the service and care have been world class.
My Granddaughter is currently a patient there. She has been taken care of with kind and knowledgeable staff members. This is not new to them however they know we are scared and not knowing what we can expect. They treat everyone's feelings and emotional state very professionally. Your dedication is extremely apparent and appreciated. Many Blessing to you all.
