The staff were awesome. Took very good care of my granddaughter Sophia
Had to take my daughter here.... we live 2.5 hours away... they were very quick and nice got her right into a room...... highly recommend
I took my son there after being at Ohio valley and other orthopedic doctors. The staff there were amazing, so caring so attentive and explained everything!!!
Worst place I've ever been to. Multiple missed fractures, blantant refusal to treat diagnosed medical conditions, lying, manipulation, no communication between "professionals," confusion the entire stay, doctors being rude when you push for answers...just to name a *few* of the experiences I've had here. There are many reasons we don't come here anymore. Unfortunately, we ended up here tonight. Like always, tonight is another case of immediate buyer's remorse. Over nine hours in this time.
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experiences have been at Children's! The entire staff is fabulous. You can tell just how much they love what they do. It is such a comforting place at a time when you need it the most.
They are always friendly and make the kids feel safe.
