They were way more than i could have ever imagined. The staff for the most part went way above and beyond. My 2.5 year old had a 24 hour EEG and a MRI. They played with him and got him used to them for a minute before trying to touch him and hook him up. They made him laugh and they truely enjoyed doing it or atleast seemed to. It was stressfull trying to keep a 2 year old in a room and from running around but it was way way less stressful than we though and that was from the caring compassionate staff. My youngest daughter has type 1 diabetes and she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was just 9 years old. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes back on February 20th of this year the staff made me feel very welcome and I really appreciate it so much thanks children's hospital of Pittsburgh for everything you did for my youngest daughter has type 1 diabetes
The Doctors and Nurses were so caring and loving towards my child. Kept us informed and made sure we understood EVERYTHING that was going on with our baby.
Exceptional care by everyone involved in my daughters care and everyone we interacted with from the time we checked in to the time we were discharged - even the young man at the coffee kiosk was very kind and attentive. Very impressive! Great management! Wonderful, caring and professional staff! Not something you witness every day! Kudos! Job well done!
The staff is always very friendly and makes my child feel calm before any testing or procedure. It is an amazing feeling knowing that the staff truly cares for my daughter. Thank you!!
