RecommendedEvery member you meet, be they a doctor, nurse (especially the nurses) administrator, building engineer, or custodian, your experience will be wonderful! They are real! They are true! And, they CARE! My son was struck by a car and required several surgeries. So, I’ve spent some time there. It’s a World Class Hospital staffed by World Class People!
Our experience here on Monday Sept. 9 will keep us from returning. The procedure explained to me early Monday morning was different in too many ways from what was discussed when the surgery was scheduled. The manner in which the surgeon handled my questions, and then how he treated my visible and justified frustration with the new situation, is unacceptable. The nurses were great, their orthopedic surgeon however, has an awful bedside manner, and lacks critical communication skills.
worst hospital i have ever been to. When I asked the PICU care coordinator to refax my meal request to our insurance because they said they didnt have it she was super snotty and acted like she couldnt believe I was asking her to actually take time to do her job. Amongst 8 million other reason this place sucks being nice to someone who is asking for you assistance should be a no brainer.....especially if that is your job. Get it together Childrens. Ps The Nurses in PICU get a A+ they are the exception!

I will never go back there! The doctors were good but the nurses same like they forgot about us and we was there for 8 hours.
We had a great experience with medical staff for my daughters scheduled MRI - felt secure that she was in a facility with a team of people educated in caring for my girl - she loved every nurse and team member - from check in to transport back to parking garage each person we encountered was very nice and a joy to talk to. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities parking garage, elevators or bathrooms .... that left a bit to be desired - otherwise a good experience for our first time visiting the Detroit fac... read more
All their diabetes Doctors is unprofessional all they care about is the money. Especially Dr. Adhikari very sad of a Doctor. Each time i left a message for her to call me back she Never did regarding my child. The diabetes nurses are Great. Especially John. John i love you. You are the best & Debbie. Dr. Michael Bawks was the Best but, he left. Beaumont is Better Everyone. Children's use to be good Not anymore. All i see is Racist selfish Doctor's who all about the money & Not your child.
