This is supposed to best a great hospitality, however the security guard at the entrance is a crusty old man that is rude, disrespectful and racist to whites. Everyone understands the situation that we are in right now! However a little respect and kindness can and will go a long way! Saddened by the ignorance of those that feel they have some sort of power!
I love my children's physicians and the nurses that work with them. They're always very caring and explain themselves very well. I however do not appreciate the staff on the main level specifically the ones doing the registration and intake. Besides being liars, they are the rudest, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and homophobic people I have ever encountered. Asked for a manager and explain our complaint. Nothing was done. I can't thank enough to all the amazing nurses and Drs who took great care of my lil "cheese monster" and supported me as my son went through a life changer!! Truly an amazing team �
My daughter was transferred to Children’s straight after birth at McLaren Macomb, after us being told our daughter wouldn’t make it... CHILDRENS saved my MY LITTLE GIRL. My daughter is a miracle a baby, she’s been though abdominal surgery done at under a month old, by Dr Christina Shanti and open heart surgery at age 6 months, by Dr Walters. Both doctors are phenomenal. Will not take my daughter and future children anywhere else. 10/10 recommend children’s hospital of Michigan!

We were brought into children’s hospital tonight with flu symptoms for my almost 5 month old and the staff was very helpful and supportive we will always come back here there will never be a question as to where to go thank you guys so much for all that you do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
