Your staff was absolutely incredible. My son was admitted for T1 diabetes and every single nurse and doctor that walked in the room was absolutely amazing. They brought my son so many smiles, laughs, presents and quality care. They made our stay far more enjoyable then expected.
As a RN I was very impressed by this hospital I received a 1 an phone call every grandparent dreads, transferring my granddaughter to children’s hospital. From the minute I arrived at emergency valet at 2 am I was greeted with a smile, and good directions, from security to Er triage, to everyone else I encountered on my way to observation room 20 I was so very impressed, in the middle of the night these strangers were kind and comforting, nurses and Drs in obs went above and beyond to answer all our questions and calm our fe... read more
My grandson goes for chemo there and has had a bad experience every time this past Monday he sat in the emergency room for 3 hours because valet lost my daughters keys to her vehicle. Not to mention their bathroom was full of hair and not cleaned one time and they were on the transplant side.
Staff is great.And Doctors
the NICU team of nurses are so kind and genuinely caring. they are taking extra great care of my Grandson JaCoby. God bless ther ❤ and all endeavors.
Me and my son have been coming here since August for chemo and have had nothing but issues!!! From my son being served spoiled milk to our “clean” room being filthy and covered in hair and nurses not keeping his iv medication going to where it ran out
My daughter 2 months old she has been in childrens for practically her hole life. this hospital is amazing hands down. my daughter is in nicu and every nurse and every dr. has treated my baby girl as if she was their own. i honestly feel she is getting the best care in the world. and with out their help she may not be here today. the drs and nurses are very professional along with friendly. when we go down to visit her they always ask us if there is anything they can do for us. well if you ask me they are doing it by taking ... read more
I have a 5 month old son with Agenisis of the Corpus Callosum and Colpocephaly. I was just referred to Detroit Children’s for a second opinion...and it was the best second opinion I could hope for. Dr. Sivaswamy is an absolute blessing, and I feel like my son couldn’t be in better hands! I highly recommend this hospital to all!
