My 3 year old son had a tonsillectomy on Tuesday with Dr. Seigel. She is a great doctor and explained everything very well. We were treated very well. He was full of energy before surgery. When the anesthesia team came and got him to go back they allowed me to go with him till he fell asleep. Dr. Snell was awesome with Peter and I. The whole team was great but Dr. Snell made Peter and I feel very comfortable. Peter was not scared at all. Thank you everyone.

Horrible billing experience!!! They like to make you pay at the time of service if you have a HDHP but then doesn’t bill the insurance because they say you don’t have a balance. I fought for them to bill my insurance and once they finally did my deductible was met and now they owe me a refund. I have been fighting for almost 6 months with them and always get the run around. All I can say to all the patients is to always make sure you watch your EOB’s from your insurance company to verify what you owe and to make sure the pro... read more

We live in the Upper Peninsula and we just brought our 13 year old daughter down who was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. The Neurology nurse Jamie was amazing!
