When my son was little we could not find a dentist to fill his cavities because he had behavioral issues.. we were sent here. They were so patient with him and made it seem like... why did they have so much trouble?
Very organized and efficient, they have all well prepared before you get in and work with a team of doctors. Awesome

My daughter came in by ambulance a week ago. They have taken excellent care of her. The child life department is awesome! The volunteers are awesome too! They have playrooms and if your child can’t go to the playroom they bring crafts to them and even help do the crafts! My daughter has gone through more in this week than most people do in a lifetime and being here made it a little better. I can’t thank everyone enough for everything they have done for us 💕
The 5 star rating must be with the Troy location because it’s definitely not 5 stars at the DMC. My frustration comes from having to sit in a waiting room packed to Capacity (to the point people can’t sit down) for 6 hours, just to have them misdiagnosed my 3 month old.
this is the worse experience ever. everybody saying different stuff, a couple of snotty attitudes, and i asked for an xray at 8 this morning. still haven't had one, one minute a nurse say we can go home the next nurse say we need to stay.. im sick of this stuff. 3rd night here and now im SICK
