They care more about billing then care of the patient. Even with great insurance coverage I have been treated terribly and expected to pay more than my portion before they even bill insurance.
RecommendedI just want to give a shout out to Dr. Orlando Cortes of Pediatric Gastroenterology. He is an amazing physician who was truly meant to take care of children. He was so kind and compassionate, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my daughter. Thank you Dr Cortes. And thank you CHM for always providing the best care for my daughter.

Children’s hospital is so clean, staff is so amazing and understanding. My daughter had eye surgery today and our OR Recovery nurse was amazing I was able to be there when my daughter woke up needing me 💕 so thankful for the brilliant doctors and helpful amazing staff
My son had outpatient surgery done here, and I have to say the kindness and professionalism the staff here showed to us exceeded my expectations. Going into surgery with my 13 month old son as a first time mom was overwhelming to say the least, and everyone here made our experience as positive as possible. I’m truly thankful for a hospital like this one for children.❤️
I love children’s hospital I know my children are In good hands here I have three kids and every one of them has been here and was well taking care of..I love the feeling of someone caring when I feel sad for my children when they are sick. Ps thank you to student nurse Danielle on the 6th floor on august 14 2018 room 637 farmer family for making sure my son was comfortable and happy 🤗
This place has become our 2nd home. Dr. Luat in Neurology & the whole staff; from the Neurosurgeon Dr. Sood and all of the office/in take staff, nurses, and specialists...you are all Truly appreciated. Thank you for dedicating your career to helping children including my daughter, be as well and comfortable as they can possibly be. You have all become like an extended family now. Jobs well done!
I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for more than 18 months. Over and over again, I am told that it will be taken care of, and month after month goes by, and DMC/Children's will not take care of their business. All over three months of speech therapy that did nothing to help my son.
