The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because of their appointment scheduling assistants. To say they are rude, arrogant , and condescending is an understatement. This is not what you want to hear when your kid is ill. The doctors and nurses are skilled and passionate about their work. It’s just you have to get past the ‘front desk Nazis.’
Awesome staff! Made my daughter feel more then comfortable for her stay.
They took very good care of my son when he had two brain surgeries 2 lumbar and 1 abdominal surgery all done in one week. The staff and nurses were amazing.
We had our first experience with Children’s Hospital today, we went to the neurology clinic. We saw Dr. Agarwal. He was amazing so amazing with my daughter. My daughter also had an EEG today the techs were also amazing. Everyone we encountered today from the parking attendants to the doctors was great so nice and kind during this scary time. Thank you all!!!
