Great Doctors and wonderful front desk staff! Judy is Amazing!
Beware of this practice. They will hands down REFUSE to see your children unless they diagnose them as sick over the phone. They REFUSED to see my 8 yo who was having breathing difficulties because they told me over the phone that it was anxiety. She ended up going to the ER by ambulance. They also refused to see my 6 yo who is suffering from an allergic reaction to a tick bite. Hands down refused to see her right away. Told me I would have to call back and speak to a supervisor. I just called to get an appoint for a flu shot for my son and turns out that you are only taking walk ins during the day which is an very odd time for us as working parents. It's an inconvenience for people who work 9 to 5. You guys only started it this year. I am really disappointed.
Absolutely love everything about Children First Pediatrics! Staff, docs, nurses, the office, the cool check-in iPads, even the beautiful fishtanks! We go to both offices because we live between and it is so convenient. Plus, we have had to go in for sick visits a few times this winter and I love the open sick hours in the morning. Very helpful as a working mother. My kids love going to the doctor! Special thanks to Drs.
