They are okay for basic primary care needs, but our experience with them during a more urgent situation was very disappointing. They do not explain the med examination process they dive straight into it and that startled snd frightened my kid. They might be busy, and not have time in their schedule AND then don’t overload the schedule and DO IT RIGHT. Explain what you are going to do BEFORE YOU DO IT. Make kids feel comfortable. You create problems and refer it to other problems … that’s not how things should work. Take the time to do it right. Love what you do. And respect kids comfort zones. I love this practice. All the doctors are amazing. When I had my baby in 2016, we first met Amy, the nurse practitioner, and she was absolutely wonderful. To this day, Dr. Erica Rupar is my children’s doctor, and she is one of the best doctors we have ever had. She listens carefully, never rushes appointments, gives time and attention to the children, and is always professional and kind. Don't come to this place. They only know how to steal your money and they can't diagnose what's wrong with your child. Every month you'll receive new balances, seemingly out of nowhere. A balance of $2,120 will jump to $2,676.00. They charged us $556.00 just for calling my insurance company
