Rather you are dining in or going through the drive thru the food is always great and the customer service even better. Keep up the good work. Glad I moved to Lakeland now I can go more often. Wish Plant City can get one. My husband and I still work there and would love to be able to get great lunch😉
Most of the workers were sitting on their butt, the fries were cold, and the cashier was rude. The food wasn't even that good. Next time I go to Chick-fil-A, I'll go to winter haven, where the service and food is better.

This location was extremely busy yesterday with a lot of school sports being played in the area. Wait time in line inside or watching the line of cars for drive-thru was "painless". Very efficient staff working.
The service her is no good . Ppl that don't know what there doing I didn't even get my order right. Then payed 30.00 dollars and no one even got full for those prices. One mad costumer
