This was my first experience ordering through the CFA app. I had been told that by ordering through the app, I would receive a card for a free item so I thought I would give it a try. My food was tossed to me on the counter without care as she began talking with another employee. I waited, and then, when acknowledged, remind her about the promotion and was then handed a card for a free breakfast item that expires in four days. Never had a problem with my order. And they've always been super play I can't say enough about having fast food it's a pleasure here
Got the Spices Southwest Salad tonight. Came home and was less than halfway through with it when I started to choke. Turns out it was a piece of plastic from the salad. Very unhappy. Called and spoke with your manager and all she said is that she would talk to the back of the house. I also sent a prove message to the store about it on Facebook and it showed that they read my message at 8:57 pm and didn't even have the decency to respond.
