I ordered a Deluxe Spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. I got a Spicy chicken piece on a roll with 2 pickles! I got no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese. Is it too much to ask to get a correct order? $4.27 shot to hell!
Was out of town at this location. They were very busy in the drive through. The woman that took my order on the handheld had no personality at all. Very out of the normal for Chick-fila. She was very shot in the questions she asked and never made eye contact, the man that took my cash was very friendly. When I got to the window for my food the woman was hanging out the window. Handed me my drink and bag and said "have a nice day"..... I won't be back
Yesterday was the first time I had break at Chick-fil-A..and, God willing..it won't be the last time, cause it was great! Yum..ee !
Today my daughter & I took my mother Christmas shopping. We pulled in the drive-thru & I asked if we could order there but eat inside. I explained that my mother is in a wheelchair. They instructed me to park & go right inside. By the time we parked & got to the door there was a sweet young lady holding the door open for us & she led us to our table where our food was already there waiting for us. Disappointed in tonight's visit. They were out of fries, but still up-charged for the other options. I can understand that, and it's only one dollar, I just thought it was in bad taste considering the circumstances. The other thing though, was that I reached into my bag and pulled out a hand covered in sauce. I was handed a wad of sauce packets containing a very obviously leaking one. It was very good but it was sooooo busy I almost didn't brave the line.
I had a wonderful experience as always. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful. I always have kids with me and the employees know how to make our trip so much easier on me. This past visit was awesome though and showed me that the staff really does care. I left my debit card in the car after ordering, long line behind me, baby in my arms, fumbling around.
