I love this location. They are always very friendly and their service is faster than anyone around
I attempted to resolve any issues by calling the establishment and I received someone impersonating a manager (from what I feel) by the name of Mitchell. He was very unapologetic and stated numerous times how understaffed he was today, while rudely speaking over me. When I placed my order inside there was 2 people ahead of me in line. It took 10 minutes to take my order, they had 2 order takers however, 1 did nothing other than refill drinks non-stop and socialize with little children the entire time. What is going with the service here lately the line didn't move this morning and when I got up to the speaker to place my order it's like the girl wasn't actively listening I had to repeat each item 3 times unsweet tea doesn't sound like Arnold Palmer and chicken egg and cheese muffin doesn't sound like a biscuit with bacon. Then you go around to the little umbrella where they usually double check you're in the right order and he's hacking spit on the side. Never had this issue at the Winter Haven one.
The service there is consistently great. The proprietor is known for giving back to the community. It is consistently busy at this store because they consistently produce a quality product.
I typically go to the Winter Haven location, but this morning I decided to stop by this one on my way to work. My 3 count minis looked like someone tossed chicken nuggets into a box of old, hard, lifeless bread. The quality of food from this store combined with the poor customer service is really disappointing. I'll continue to be loyal to the Winter Haven store.
