RecommendedFabulous first experience back after the new construction! Food even tasted better and the service was superb as always.
New drive thru chic fil a design is absolutely a nightmare.. Do yourself a favor and stay to the far right lane or u can guarantee 60 other cars will order and receive their food ahead of you 😡. Left and middle lanes dump into one delivery window . And left lane sits 3x longer since the other two are able to split off . Not to mention the “barriers” they have set up are a joke. New look and same great service!
We went re-opening day and it was packed of course, but they were fully prepared for it. Love the new design and my kids loved the new play area. Food was delicious as always.

Opening day at the newly built South Lakeland Chick-fil-a was great -there was plenty of staff to handle the extra large crowd. Food as usual was fantastic. Love the new interior and the longer, more accessible drive thru looked great!
