We have been to this Chick - Fil- A twice in the past four weeks and both times we have gotten home with the correct receipt but the wrong orders. The first time, we let it go, but tonight two meals weren’t what we ordered. It’s very disappointing. Take the time to check your orders before you leave the drive through. Sadly, it wasn’t even there busy time. Yes, we could have driven back, but we drove out of our way to go.

I was so excited to try the new Mac and Cheese. Until I got home and saw that I paid $3.09 for something barley had enough for two bites. So disappointed.
The new drive thru system is terrible. Poorly designed imo
Customer service is astounding. If they weren’t anti-LGBT it would be better but hey, you can’t have everything.

I tried the Mac n cheese for the first today. Let me tell you it is the bomb, wish I had purchased a larger bowl. Everything is good, as Emeral would say, “BAM”.
