Waited over a half an hour for my food when I went to check they said sorry we’re busy it would be five minutes, waited the five minutes and when I went back I still did not have my food, I asked about compensation but they just gave me my money back and looked at me like it was time for me to leave. I will not be back nor will anyone in my family for service like that
Just came from this Chik fil a. Ordered fried chicken nuggets. They looked like they were halfed into. One bite. Cold and fried to a crisp. I called manager and told her my disappointment. Sorry, was the answer. Very disappointed.
Every time I go to this Chick-Fil-A, I experience poor service. Today was not an exception. Placed my curbside order on the app. Arrived at the store and submitted my parking space number. After waiting for well over 10 minutes, an associate finally came out and advised that there online ordering system was down. Finally got my food and was very disappointed. The wait time for our mobile order was much longer than I normally experience here for dinner . I have four young children trying to wait patiently.I am very disappointed.
this place is great its one of the only ones in the area that I know of that has the dining room open. we come from riverview just to come eat inside.
Missing food, long wait. Then after weaving through the line to retrieve missing food since the building is closed, I’m offered a refund. Ok. This morning, I wake up to see my credit card was charged for the full amount. Hats off to Chic Fil A. Entire experience ruined start to finish.
Usually Chick-fil-A prides itself with customer service, however, last night our experience was more than disappointing. We live 20 minutes away in good traffic so it's not a quick trip. When we got home, my meal was missing. My husband called and had to leave a message. Orders are CONSTANTLY wrong these days. Every order is an issue. No one will answer the phones either so if one thing is missing we can't even call in. You stock pile the bags with no extra room so even when we do try to see everything fries fall all over the car. Also, you are skimping on the fries and mac and cheese, too. The mediums are the amount of small portions.
