I was double charge in line and it cleared 2 days later was told it was taken care of we go there once a day in the morning time they have started to know me by first name. I am a very Loyal customer but after bringing it to tammy we were basically called a liar and she refused to refund us the money 12 dollar doesn't sound like a lot but I will Encourage u to check ur bank statements for double charges. I have a good allergy and usually I’m ok with scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. But today there was a piece of fried chicken in my bowl. What a waste of money.
Awful with 30 minute wait to finally get my order right. I ordered curbside this morning and I won’t be doing that again! All I ordered was a chicken mini meal and an extra 4 count nuggets (which they use fo minis anyway). Ridiculous for making me wait that long! Never again with mobile ordering.

I love this Chick fil a & the people who work there from the owner to the employees! Everyone is always smiling & giving excellant service no matter the time of day or if I'm eating inside or going through drive thru. I want to give a shout out to your employee - Justine. I was in there the other day & needed help with the CFA app. I had never used it. She went above & beyond to make sure I understood the app. Kudos Justine....CFA is lucky to have you on the front line & helping customers with a fun friendly smile!
Rocking my new Chick-fil-A “shades,” that you get when you purchase an ONLINE ORDER, and pick it up at the carry out parking space. It’s awesome to get that long drive through line.
