Food was horrible and we waited 25+ minutes in the right lane of the drive thru only to be told it was due to the conveyor belt, when there were 4 people working the left lane and 1 in the right.

Husband came home with chick fil a tonight. You gotta re train your fry makers. Soggy cold fries with ab odd taste... are not the best :( Clean out the oil?
Neat new drive thru but not sure if they can keep up with the volume. I got the totally wrong order even though it was written right on the bag. Didn't find out till I got home. So disappointing!!
I may be biased since I live in south Lakeland, but this is by far the best Chik Fil A I've ever been to! You can tell how much the owner loves and cares for his customers through his employees.
