Greeted with a smile and able to check in before 9:00 a.m. was a blessing having just rode the train for two hours. Clean room, stunning views and terrific location. Friendly and accommodating staff, thanks for making our visit memorable.

Fantastic view of the Magnificent Mile from room 3637! Loved the room design, particularly the lamp with integrate outlets and USB ports. The desk lamp was a pretty nifty touch lamp, with dimming capability. Great tech!

We always enjoy Marriott properties. This is one of our favorites. We Decided to do an overnight with the kids and I appreciate the staff accommodating us with upgrading to the room we wanted. Thank you Patricia. The gym here is also 1 of the best.

It was extremely cold in the rooms. Come to find out that a pipe was frozen. Complained to the front desk and no compensation was given. Horrible stay - will not stay here again.
Great view, rooms, atmosphere my only complaint was hearing the crying baby ALL night long in the next room.

For the price i paid it was okay. Our toilet wouldn't flush completely. The room was right next to the elevators, so that sound was very annoying. I guess I just expected more for what we paid. I've been to the Omni and paid about $250 per night and had an amazing room with great amenities.
I walked into my room I caught the housekeeper going through my bag went back up after I talked to her manager and she was still on the floor cleaning rooms
