By far the best Hotel I've ever been at. Location is PERFECT. Staff and Service is exceptional. Helpful, kind, friendly, easy going, smiling, resourceful, & greeting everywhere, Room was ... OMG perfect. The view alone was breathtaking, clean, modern, pillows to die for. Shower was perfect. Providing ear plugs at 2 am. I highly recommend going there. We will be back and this will be out Chicago Hotel from now on. Thank you so much. :)

After checking in initially and getting a crappy room, Kevin and the management team did us right and upgraded us to a higher floor with a fantastic view of Michigan avenue. Other than the room snafu, the hotel is amazing with a beautiful Lobby, multiple entrances (Michi ave and Rush) and friendly staff throughout. The apple cider and macaroons at check in were a delicious bonus!!

The first night we were given a room with a broken and squeaky bed. They made it right the next day and we had a wonderful 4 day weekend. The donut shop is outstanding. Service in the dining area is average. The eggs benedict are outstanding though.

The safety bar on the full length window at the end of the hall was broken 20 stories up. Room was frumpy and in need of serious attention. I had to burn 40,000 points for just one night - what a waste. Relatives on the concierge floor were given a hard time about taking all the people registered in their room to the lounge. We all switched to a different hotel for the next round of wedding activities.

So far I've stayed at two Marriott hotels in the Chicago area. I have been very disappointed in both. This one the most. Room is tiny, dirty and out dated. I had to get a power strip to have enough outlets for my friend and I. I don't think this hotel has been updated in many years. It's way over priced at $300+ per night. Thank goodness we are only here for 3. I do not recommend it...

We stayed in Chicago for our Anniversary. Super friendly staff, didn't cross paths with any staff that didn't speak to us in passing. Our view was awesome. Room was kinda plain, not decorated. But the lobby and the rest of the hotel, made up for that. Great hotel! Thank you for making our anniversary and my first time in Chicago a memorable one!
