A bit of construction noise in the morning before 8 am But you can't beat the location and Chicago during the holidays!!

When you visit Chicago and stay on One magnificent mile hotel...nothing is cheap. I expected that and will do it again, Truly because I love Chicago not the hotel.
Probably better when their not having construction. Once we moved to another floor it was quiet. Would help if there were microwaves in the rooms. The view of the city is beautiful!!!
Easy access to the train and shopping. Staff are always friendly! Room with a beautiful view! Food and drinks are awesome!

Great Views of Downtown and surrounded by so many Stores and Restaurants. Anita makes you feel valued and at home on the 2nd floor Concierge lounge. Check in fast and accurate too.

We stayed here the evening of December 17, 2016 and the room was very nice; however, it got very cold overnight and we woke up to frozen windows we could not see out of and as it got warmer, puddles on the floor from the ice on the windows melting. Also, the most disappointing experience was the service and quality of breakfast the next morning. We had the wrong food brought to us multiple times and the wait staff never removed the dirty plates in between courses so we literally had piles of dirty dishes and glasses on our t... read more

My husband and I stayed overnight Saturday, December 17th, 2016 for our 30th Anniversary. We were treated like royalty. When we checked in we were given a room with a great view and the woman at the front desk bought us a bottle of wine on the house. The room was fabulous and spotless. It was newly updated with at least a 50 or 55 inch flat screen T.V. We loved the disconnecting shower heads in the bathroom and the bed was perfect. Never will I or anyone else I know stay at any Marriott especially the one on the mag mile. There was an incident recently with a bell boy that you let go because of a prejudice person. Not only did you let him go, but he was assaulted by someone right in front of the hotel. I am disgusted at the way he was treated and am sickened that you allowed one of your employees after working there so long to be treated with hatred because he is Hispanic. SHAME IN YOU.
