I really enjoyed my stay. The service was very friendly and attentive. The location is great, lots of nearby shopping and eating. Even found some great dining with very reasonable prices. The hotel accomidated our convention meeting all expectations. I was most impressed with the Bell staff for runni g such a smooth operation in such a busy inviornment. My hats off to then for such curtious service. I am planning a return trip with my husband!

The staff were great and the hotel was beautiful but the beds in 1134 and 1136 were small (double) and sucked. We were there Feb 2017 for a convention. My back hurt so bad it was hard to sleep.

The moment we arrived everybody, from the valet to the bell hop and all in between were very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was having all the money taken from my account before the end of my stay. I wasn't Plaines for that and it screwed up my account. For our inconvience they paid for our parking. Very proffessional team of employees in the magnificent mile in Chicago! Special shout out to the bell hop Flex! He was amazing!

Always enjoy staying at this location. The location is the best; staff are great; rooms are contemporary and clean. The only downside is its popularity and the fact that it can be crazy busy.

The parking was to high they want to charge you for a extra day when you need to check in at 3am I will never stay there again
